MENUS FOR 2010

Our menu suggestions are detailed below. Menu
content varies a little every year. We always use local produce
wherever possible, and all desserts are home made. We are happy
for you to mix and match dishes from various menus, or even write
your own menu if you would prefer. Don't forget it is essential
for us to know if you have guests with special dietary requirements.
We comply with all food safety regulations and have a strict hygiene
regime on board
Just to give you an idea of numbers, we can
cater for approximately 150 passengers for a finger buffet; for
a fork buffet we would suggest a maximum of 120; and for a formal
buffet we would recommend approximately 100. Having said that,
some of our "fine dining" events have been for as few
as thirty passengers.
